One client came to us after years of fighting acne. She had tried it all, tretinoin, antibiotics, peels, microdermabrasion, and her skin was still

tight, dry and breaking out, made worse by stress and a habit of picking at her skin.

We started with monthly extraction facials and LED to clear the congestion and strengthen her barrier. Because we were consistently clearing it out for her, the urge to pick became far easier to resist, which meant less bacterial spread, faster healing and less scarring. At home, we rebuilt her barrier and restored hydration with a simple cleanser, moisturiser and acne serum, moving her away from the acids and tretinoin that had left her skin so dry.

We began with monthly extraction facials and LED, working through what was actually driving her adult acne, a mix of hormonal shifts, stress and the wrong homecare routine. Stress and hormones are closely linked, and untangling that connection was a key part of getting her skin to settle.

Once her skin reached clearance, we moved her into SQT bio needling and dermal needling to address scarring and build overall skin health and luminosity. Her homecare settled into a simple routine, a cleanser, two targeted acne serums and a moisturiser.
