    Your membership is based on a facial every 4 weeks. This rhythm helps maintain progress and prevents your skin from slipping backwards.

    No. You just need to give 14 days written notice to cancel at any time. 

    Payments are made weekly through direct debit. This spreads the cost out and makes it easier to stay consistent with your facials.

    You can request to freeze your membership if you are going away and we can set the restart time for you for when you are back. 

    Absolutely. If you would like to move to a more advanced option on the day, you can upgrade and simply pay the difference at the time of your appointment.
