Your Team at Shine Skin and Body
Sheridan is a qualified beauty therapist with over 24 years experience. For most of her career she worked at a well known Melbourne day spa and beauty salon as a senior beauty therapist, manager and trainer, before opening Shine Skin and Body in Kew in September 2012.
Shine moved to a larger premises in Swan St, Richmond in Jan 2018 and has since grown to 5 amazing therapists that she mentors constantly to be the best therapists in Melbourne.
Sheridan is also proud to be local Richmonite with her husband Jason (who you will meet on recpetion some days) and their beautiful cat Lexi.

Sheridan really knows her stuff and is passionate about skin. I took the quarantine period as a chance to really get on top of my skin as I had been struggling with it for several months. Different people kept recommending a bunch of products and it was only getting worse…but then I found Sheridan. I sent Sheridan a few photos and she was immediately able to identify the problem. I was so impressed (and very relieved) by Sheridan’s swift diagnosis. I was given a tailored routine (mindful of my budget and even incorporating some of my existing products) and my skin is the best it’s looked in months. Sheridan is so genuine and extremely knowledgeable. She takes time to check in and is happy to answer my endless questions about my skin. Highly recommend!
Local girl Kate started out as a hair specialist. She decided to change direction and go into skin. She came to Shine and channeled all that dedication into being an amazing skin therapist. Dedicating the lockdowns of the 2020 and 2021 Kate study and became versed in Demaviduals skin care, the body’s integumentary system, endocrine system and lymphatic system.
Our IPL and laser specialist Kate is able to acheive amazing results for all skin types, but in particular pigmentation and redness.
I loved everything about my appointment with Kate. Everything was so thorough and relaxing, I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything but also was given so much information about the best products to use for my skin to see results and how I could incorporate product I already had at home to avoid wasting them. I really loved this approach! Will absolutely be back and would recommend to anyone who wants their skin to look its best!
Channel is from London in the UK. She arrived to Australia in 2012 with her partner Chris, whose hometown is Melbourne.
Channel qualified from Box Hill in 2015 and started work straight away, having experience at some great Melbourne spa and facial clinics resulting in a fantastic therapist with a well rounded skill in massage and serious skin knowledge.
Since her time at Shine Channel has developed a deeper understanding of skin and is always on a quest for more knowledge.

Sharaya
Our most senior beauty therapist with 16 years experience plus two years as a manager, Sharaya started at Shine in March 2015.
Our self confessed science nerd, loves nothing more than reading a scientific paper and getting the right information.

Had the best facial with Sarah a couple of weeks ago. She explained all about my skin and what I needed to do to improve it. The facial was amazing and my skin was glowing afterwards.
