You want at least 5-10% activity,(more if possible) you want it encapsulated so that the vitamin C doesn’t diminish and lose its’ potency, You also want Vit E to be in the product as well as this enables the vitamin c to help enter the skin.
-Be careful of absobic acid form of Vit C if you are sensitive as this will irritate your skin and cause more sensitivity. Always go for oil soluable or encapsulated.
