It’s ideal for acne, blackheads, congestion, and breakout-prone skin. And yes, we do A LOT of extractions—some facials include up to 40 minutes of it (if your skin needs it). Absolutely. While we’re well-known for treating acne and congestion, our main focus is achieving healthy, glowing skin, no matter your starting point. All our facials are customised to suit YOUR skin—whether you’re concerned with dehydration, sensitivity, pigmentation, dullness, or just want to look more refreshed. Our goal is long-term skin health, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Not at all. While we’re famous for our expert extractions, they’re not mandatory. If your skin doesn’t need them—or if you simply prefer not to have them—we won’t include them. We have many clients who never need extractions. Our focus is always on helping you achieve your healthiest, most radiant skin, no matter what your concerns are. Every facial is fully customised to what YOUR skin needs on the day.
