It’s designed specifically for those dealing with breakouts, blackheads, congestion, scarring, and uneven texture—making it far more effective than a standard acne facial.
The carbon laser works by applying a layer of medical-grade carbon to the skin, which binds to impurities. The laser is then passed over the skin, vaporising the carbon and clearing away oil, dead skin, and bacteria from deep within the pores. We then perform extractions to remove stubborn congestion and finish with fractionated laser to stimulate collagen and elastin production, helping smooth and repair acne scars and uneven texture.
It’s our advanced version of the China Doll facial—with two important additions:
1. We include professional extractions to remove congestion.
2. We layer in fractionated laser to target scarring and skin texture.
So if you’re still experiencing breakouts but also want to tackle scarring and skin damage, this facial delivers both results in one treatment.
This treatment is best suited to light to medium skin tones (Fitzpatrick I–IV). Because it includes laser, it’s not recommended for deeper skin tones—but we have alternative solutions that are safe, effective, and customised for all skin types. No. Most clients find it very tolerable. The laser feels warm on the skin, and extractions can cause some mild discomfort depending on how congested the skin is—but nothing that’s unbearable.
