All new clients begin with a Skin Foundations Facial. This gives us the time to properly understand your skin, your concerns and your goals before building a treatment plan around you. It is not a gatekeeping step — it is how we make sure every treatment that follows actually works. Once you have had your Skin Foundations Facial, you can book any of the facials on this page.
How do i know which facial is right for me?
As a general guide: the Signature Glow is your go-to for regular skin maintenance and keeping things consistently healthy. The Pure Shine builds on that with targeted upgrades for specific concerns like dullness, pigmentation or texture. The PRIN Lymphatic is a great starting point if your skin feels congested, sluggish or reactive. The Bespoke Skin Ritual is for when you want the most comprehensive treatment we offer, all in one session.

Do all facials include extractions?
Extractions are included in our facials where your skin needs them — not as a standard step for everyone. We are known across Melbourne for our gentle, thorough manual extractions and we do them properly, with no metal tools and no unnecessary trauma to the skin. If your skin does not need extractions, we use that time for something more beneficial to you. It is always guided by what your skin actually needs on the day.
What is the difference between the facials?
Think of them as three tiers of the same high-quality approach.
The Signature Glow is a complete, customised facial with 60 minutes of focused care.
The Pure Shine adds a layer of choice, letting your therapist bring in targeted upgrades like LED, dermaplaning or specialised masks depending on what your skin needs.
The Bespoke Skin Ritual gives you 80 minutes to work with, which means more time for extractions, more time for massage and the ability to include multiple enhancements in the same session.
Is there any downtime after these facials?
These facials are designed to fit into your life, not interrupt it. You may notice some light redness for a few hours after your treatment, particularly if extractions were performed, but most clients go straight back to their day. If you have a specific event, we recommend booking a few days beforehand rather than the day before, just to give your skin a little settling time.
I have acne. Are these facials suitable for me?
Yes. Acne and congested skin is exactly what we specialise in, and all of these facials can be adapted for breakout-prone skin. That said, if acne is your primary concern, we may also recommend exploring our dedicated acne-focused treatments alongside your regular facial appointments. We will help you figure out the right combination during your Skin Foundations Facial.
