    Your membership is based on a facial every 4 weeks. This rhythm helps maintain progress and prevents your skin from slipping backwards.

    Yes. Each membership has a minimum term of 6 or 12 months. Skin change takes time, and this structure allows us to plan properly for your results.

    Payments are made weekly through direct debit. This spreads the cost out and makes it easier to stay consistent with your facials.

    Yes. You can request to freeze your membership for up to 4 weeks within your contract term. Freezes need to be arranged in writing before the pause begins.

    Absolutely. If you would like to move to a more advanced option on the day, you can upgrade and simply pay the difference at the time of your appointment.
