Parking
There is 2hr free parking on both sides of Swan St. Please be aware of clearways on the outbound from the city (our side) from 4.30-6.30pm.
Free 2hr parking in all sides streets. Please be aware of some permit parking in certain areas.
Public transport
From City- No 70 (Wattle Park) tram from Flinders Street and down Swan Street. Stop 13.
Towards City- No 70 (Waterfront City Docklands) Stop 13.
Burnley train station less than 5min walk. Catch Lilydale, Belgrave, Alamein, Glen Waverly. Be aware of express trains they may not stop at Burnley.
Cancelation policy
-We understand that sometimes bookings need to be changed, so you will be allowed to change your booking as long as you give us 48 hours notice. Your deposit can either be refunded or held for your next booking.
-If it is within 48 hours and you cannot attend your appointment, you may either send a friend or family member to take your slot, or forfeit your deposit.
-If it is less than 2hrs or you fail to show to your appointment as full charge will apply.
-We will send you a text message or email to confirm your appointment 4 days prior, we ask that you reply to the message confirming your appointment as soon as possible to hold your allocated time. Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled 48hrs prior to their allocated time and your deposit will be forfeited.
